As a Senior Power Platform Engineer, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Develop and implement governance models to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Guide and mentor a small team, driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions that align with business objectives.
• Maintain and enhance Power Platform applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and security.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Customer Service apps) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
• Expertise in designing and implementing governance models for Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies and agile methodologies.

Desirable Skills:

• Advanced certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with integrating AI technologies within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Insurance industry knowledge (preferred but not essential).
