Senior Support Engineer - GPIC/SAGE

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Support Engineer to work with a key client

Responsibilities:
. Manage and administer the GPIC 8.03 & SAGE systems
. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users
. Implement system upgrades and enhancements
. Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements
. Collaborate with other IT team members on system integration projects
. Candidate should have work experience in support functions ( ASM)

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
. 5+ years of experience working with GPIC 8.03 & SAGE systems
. Strong technical skills in system administration and maintenance
. Excellent problem-solving abilities
. Effective communication and teamwork skills
