The ideal start date for this role would be Monday, December 16th. Our client is very focused/committed to getting this person in. This role will mainly be remote. Our client is super flexible with location, but we would expect the person to be able to come in for a day when needed. I would say this could be 95% remote if the candidate wanted. You will lead the optimization and implementation of platforms to enhance campaign execution and customer experiences. The role involves developing innovative, data-driven automation processes, mentoring teams, and collaborating with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing technology platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Design advanced automation workflows and customer journeys using AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Develop and maintain mobile-responsive email templates, CloudPages, and other assets for personalized, multi-channel campaigns. Execute data-driven segmentation and personalization strategies leveraging advanced analytics and SQL. Collaborate with IT, design teams, and vendors to integrate automation tools seamlessly with existing tech stacks. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance automation systems to align with evolving business requirements. Create Real Time dashboards (eg, Datorama) to provide actionable insights for senior leadership. Train teams on marketing technology best practices to ensure effective adoption across departments. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation in marketing automation strategies. Required Skills/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist with extensive SFMC experience. Proficient in SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for technical solution development. Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable, data-driven automation processes. Skilled in analytics and BI tools (eg, Datorama, Tableau) to deliver actionable insights. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for managing technical integrations.
