Job Title: Moulding Production Technician (Night Shift)

Join our team as a Moulding Production Technician, where you will be responsible to produce plastic components (Vacutainer Tubes & Caps) using injection moulding machines.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Operate injection moulding machines to manufacture plastic components in accordance with specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and technical fault-finding (mechanical and electrical) to troubleshoot issues with machines or processes.
• Execute routine planned maintenance tasks, including weekly, monthly, and semi-annual schedules.
• Support the Preventive Maintenance Technician with annual maintenance activities on machinery.

Qualifications:

• A Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Prior experience in a technical role within a manufacturing environment is essential.
