We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Architect to drive the technical direction and strategy of our innovative projects. This leadership role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in product development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering efforts, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire engineering teams by providing vision and direction, ensuring alignment of technical strategies with product goals.
• Execution Planning: Develop and lead the execution plan for engineering projects, identifying and addressing technical challenges while driving progress toward key milestones.
• Decision-Making: Make critical decisions regarding technical execution plans and architecture, balancing both short- and long-term project needs.
• Hands-On Involvement: Actively contribute to product development and feature building, ensuring high-quality technical implementation.
• Team Mentorship & Development: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, aligning technical goals with broader company objectives.
• Technical Communication & Documentation: Ensure clear and concise communication of complex technical requirements across teams and maintain detailed architectural documentation.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Work closely with customers to craft tailored technical solutions, going beyond the standard product roadmap to meet unique needs.
• Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted technical consultant for both customers and internal teams, identifying opportunities to leverage our capabilities in innovative ways.
• Product Change Oversight: Review and guide product change proposals, ensuring architectural integrity and quality.
• Architecture Enhancement: Continuously assess the current architecture and drive improvements for scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Industry Involvement & Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging industry trends and practices, introducing innovative ideas to the team.

About You:

• Proven experience in technical leadership, particularly in blockchain or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed, high-impact decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading diverse teams and engaging with cross-functional departments.
• Senior level of experience in architecture and systems design, managing complex projects.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, patterns, and principles, with a proven ability to apply these in varied environments.
• Experience scaling high-availability distributed systems to ensure robustness and efficiency.
• Familiarity with both on-premise and SaaS architectures.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: blockchain technology, enterprise software integration, Front End architecture, data lakes, secure systems, or cryptography.
• Strong mentoring abilities, with a passion for fostering continuous learning and professional growth within your team.

• Experience building and maintaining large-scale, complex architectures.
• Strong background in customer-specific solution development and client relations.
• Expertise in emerging technologies and trends within the engineering domain.
