Description

You will be working with a rapidly growing MSP business, that currently supports over 1,500 end points.

This role will reward you with £40,000, and you will be working fully remote with visits to clients sites as and when required. You MUST have the knowledge to prioritise help desk tickets, and have the ability to work independently with minimal support.

What you will bring to the role:

• Provide support and solutions for IT related issues.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve IT project deliverables.
• Implement new IT systems and software to improve business processes.
• Manage and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Configuration, maintenance and administration of Networks including; Firewall, Switches, Routers.

Profile

To be considered for this role, you MUST come from an MSP background, and be driven, motivated and technically hands on.

What you will bring to the role:

• A Strong understanding of Windows & Linux distributions.
• Exposure to Hyper-V/VMware.
• Windows Server Administration skills.
• Networking; DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
• Exposure to migration projets.
• Experience with MS Azure/Intune and/or AWS.
• MUST hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to own car.
