Oracle Retail Xstore Business Consultant for leading high profile retail engagements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Business Impact Analysis on POS and supporting OMNI applications (CRM, OMS, OB).
Consider and define implementation and integration alternatives.
Act as a contact for the system functionality advice and provide coaching to the client business process team users.
Define system configuration requirements, identify gaps, and recommend system modifications and process changes to optimally satisfy business users.
Document functional requirements for modifications and support the design process for the client.
Escalate project issues that cannot be resolved within your sphere of influence/authority to the Project Manager as needed.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the functional capabilities and integration points of the Oracle Retail Xstore solution, as well as an in-depth understanding of payments and associated processes.
