Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record working at a leading consulting or strategy firm.
• OT Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong experience and knowledge in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity, including securing industrial control systems, SCADA, and other critical infrastructure technologies.
• Standards Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Program Development Skills: Ability to build, manage, and scale large and complex cybersecurity programs across diverse OT environments.
• Assessment & Risk Management: Proficiency in conducting thorough security assessments of OT systems, identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risk, and implementing robust mitigation measures.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience developing security strategies that integrate IT and OT, balancing security needs with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of complex, large-scale OT cybersecurity programs for a range of clients across industries.
• Conduct in-depth security assessments of OT systems to uncover vulnerabilities, assess risk exposure, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement security measures specifically tailored to OT environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
• Create integrated security strategies for converging IT and OT environments, managing risks across these interconnected systems.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to establish and maintain cybersecurity standards, policies, and procedures for critical infrastructure protection.
