Conexus are partnered with a global consultancy that are rapidly expanding their Salesforce capabilities. On that basis, we are searching for Dutch-speaking, Senior Salesforce Consultants, to join them on a permanent basis in Antwerp. We can only consider candidates that speak a minimum of B2 Dutch. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will: Work with Belgian and international SMEs & scale-ups, helping them tackle business challenges and leverage digital solutions Lead and coordinate workstreams alongside a team of expert consultants Deliver various phases of Salesforce-driven digital transformation projects, including analysis, blueprint design, technical implementation, testing, and Go-live Support business growth by contributing to proposals and strategic initiatives Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring smooth operations and continuous enhancements We are looking for the following experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical or functional role on multiple implementation projects Strong understanding of CRM processes and trends Experience or keen interest in working with SMEs and scale-ups Ability to translate business objectives and sales strategies into technical requirements Solid knowledge of Marketing, Sales, and/or Service operations Agile project experience is a plus Comfortable working in local, national, and international environments Strong client relationship management skills, acting as the main point of contact Fluent in English and Dutch Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, HubSpot) is a plus To be considered, please respond with your latest CV in English.
