• 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Talent Management consultant
• Development of new features to meet the growing demands of the organization.
• Implementation of innovative solutions to anticipate the future needs of their users.
• Optimization of existing processes to improve efficiency and performance. Configuration
• Certifications: PMGM; Succession Planning; Career Development Planning is highly desirable
• Fluent in English and Polish
