Looking for a Dynamics 365 Consultant for my client in Italy.
Location: Milan
Hybrid Working
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for implementing/customizing/Supporting D365 solutions
Liaise effectively between clients, Support team, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
Experience in Integration with third party applications.
Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
Worked on different CRM/XRM versions.
Strong troubleshooting skills needed to research, diagnose, analyze, and identify solutions with highest level of customer/user satisfaction.
To work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical environments, and then design and deliver solutions.
Tracking the KPA or KPI of support team members
Also having done projects on premise/cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.
Qualifications:
Candidate having 4-5 years of experience in in Technical Dynamics CRM Consultant to build customized solutions in the areas of Sales, Customer Service and Marketing, using workflows, plugins, UI customizations etc.
Mandatory Italian Speaking + Any additional Language like (Spanish will be added advantage)
