Requirements: Educational Background: Minimum of a BEng or MEng in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years in engineering or R&D roles, with a strong focus on Embedded Systems, and at least 5 years in a leadership role. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Embedded Software, Software, Electronics, and Firmware product development, including complex system integration. Sales Support Experience: Ability to collaborate with sales teams, providing technical guidance to support customer acquisition and retention. Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary teams across technical fields. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
