Second level IT Support - French speaking - SCCM, Servicenow - €210/day - 4 year contract
Long term freelance opportunity for a 2nd level IT Support Engineer to join my Public sector customer in Luxembourg. The role of the 2nd level IT Support Engineer will be to respond to IT tickets and resolve technical issues that have been escalated to them from the 1st level IT Support.
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in IT/Helpdesk support (desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, tablets, videoconferencing devices, phones, mobile devices). You must also have expert level knowledge and experience of SCCM, you must have experience in ServiceNow, and finally you must speak French.
This position is working on-site 5 days per week, with no remote working
