Job Title - ServiceNow Developer
Salary - up to £68,000
Location - London (2/3 days on site)

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow modules including Strategic Portfolio Management ITSM ITAM HRSD FSM CSM GRC and ITOM. This role will involve designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate Should hold Active Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• To lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow modules.
• To oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM to streamline IT operations.
• Providing strategic direction for the deployment of ServiceNow HRSD and FSM to improve service delivery.
• To ensure the effective use of ServiceNow CSM to enhance customer service management.
• To implement ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and risk management.
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business goals.
• To conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in the existing infrastructure.
• To develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• To monitor the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet the required standards.
• To facilitate training sessions to enhance the teams proficiency in using ServiceNow modules.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologies.
• To contribute to the development of best practices for infrastructure management.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM.
• Should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and FSM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM and GRC.
• Be skilled in implementing ServiceNow ITOM.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure challenges.
• Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful infrastructure projects.
• Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
• Preferably hold certifications in relevant ServiceNow modules.

Certifications Required

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM ITOM or other relevant modules.
