Change and Training Manager - Role Description:

As a Change Manager specializing in Clienteling and Luxury, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption and integration of clienteling strategies within luxury client in Paris. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing training programs, engaging empathetically with stakeholders, crafting comprehensive documentation, and delivering impactful presentations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our luxury client experience remains unparalleled by fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating changes across various departments.

Change and Training Manager - Requirements:

• Proven experience in change management & training, particularly within the luxury industry or clienteling.
• Excellent pedagogic skills with a passion for designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Exceptional writing skills with a love for creating detailed and user-friendly documentation.
• Confident and engaging presenter, capable of communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
