About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in Brazilian payroll processes. The role will involve working with either SuccessFactors Payroll or Classic Payroll to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations for our client. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll processes specific to Brazilian payroll requirements.

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll systems.

• Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors Payroll or Classic Payroll, ensuring best practices are implemented.

• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations.

• Assist in payroll testing, documentation, and user training as required.

• Keep up to date with changes in Brazilian payroll legislation and implement necessary updates within the SAP system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, with a focus on Brazilian payroll .

• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Payroll or Classic Payroll solutions.

• Understanding of Brazilian payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

• Fluent in both Portuguese and English .

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Effective communication skills in a virtual environment.

Desirable:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous

• Prior experience in remote consulting roles, demonstrating self-discipline and time management skills.
