Hybrid working - 4 days office/1 day working from home

Salary - €40,000 - €50,000

Are you an IT Support Analyst looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

In this challenging but rewarding position at a top law firm, you will be providing a high level of IT support to global and local users.

You will be providing remote and deskside technical support for computer applications and hardware, including:

• Legal specific applications eg iManage, Filesite, Worksite etc
• AV/meeting room support
• Office 365
• Windows 10/11
• Active Directory
• Mobile device management

Your skills:

• You must have experience of working as an IT Support Analyst at a law firm
• 1st and 2nd line technical support experience
• You must be a fluent French speaker with proficient English language skills
• Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of working in a high pressured environment
