Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Contract Length: 6-9 Months (with potential extensions)
Location: Fully Remote (Client based in the EU)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to assist our client in analysing and enhancing the user access setup within their ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in access management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze instance security, user/group access, and access control lists (ACLs) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide recommendations for building a robust access management structure.
• Implement the agreed-upon access management structure effectively.
• Document processes and conduct training for system administrators on the new structure.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow administration.
• Solid background in Identity, Security, and Access Management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Proven team leader and consensus builder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong technical foundation with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.
