The Role:
We're looking for a driven and adaptable Business Development professional to join my client's team, focused on expanding their B2B institutional partnerships in the APAC region. You will play a crucial role in driving new client acquisitions, managing relationships with key institutional players, and helping grow the platform's assets under management (AUM). This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a solid understanding of the crypto and DeFi space to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your Mission:

• Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and other financial entities in APAC.
• Onboard new clients and partners to drive growth in assets under management (AUM) and overall platform adoption.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations within the crypto ecosystem, particularly in the APAC region.
• Manage key client relationships, driving engagement and increasing their investment in the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and client onboarding.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and new opportunities in the DeFi space to help guide business growth strategies in the APAC region.

What You'll Bring:

• In-depth business development experience in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on institutional crypto sales or financial services.
• Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including familiarity with key stakeholders and institutional players in APAC.
• Proven ability to acquire and manage institutional clients, including hedge funds, family offices, and other high-net-worth entities.
• Experience working in the APAC region, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and client needs.
• A hands-on, deal-making attitude with a track record of securing partnerships and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing complex client relationships.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in Liquid Staking or related DeFi projects.
• Existing relationships with key institutional players in the APAC region.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within crypto or FinTech.
