Role Overview

As a UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing innovative and user-centric interfaces for our HMI and infotainment systems. Your work will enhance the EV experience, focusing on key areas such as apps, navigation systems, voice control, and EV charging platforms. You'll also dive into the world of 3D design and eco-systems, helping us set new benchmarks for user experience in electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for HMI and infotainment systems within our next-generation EVs.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate technical specs into seamless, user-friendly designs.
• Focus on navigation, voice assistant systems, and EV charging interfaces, ensuring they deliver outstanding usability and aesthetics.
• Develop 3D design elements for infotainment systems using Cinema 4D.
• Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that align with user-centred design principles.
• Design and improve mobile apps that interact with our EVs, including control over vehicle settings like battery status and climate control.
• Drive consistency and innovation across all visual and interactive designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI Designer, ideally with exposure to the automotive or EV sectors.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in HMI design, infotainment systems, or similar digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Cinema 4D, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Experience designing for navigation systems, voice control interfaces, and charging solutions.
• Solid understanding of 3D design principles and user-centric methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across a global team.
• A passion for EVs and sustainable innovation is essential!
