SC Cleared Sr ServiceNow Developer

Hybrid London 2-3 days on site

£375-450 Inside IR35

Overall Experience: 4+ years of ServiceNow experience

Must be SC Cleared

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification
• Must hold active SC Clearance
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Lead and own ServiceNow deliveries
• Guide, mentor and train team members
• Define and implement best practices
• Participate in Design, development and deployment phases in ServiceNow
• Experience on core ServiceNow modules like - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Experience on Java Scripting

Technical Expertise:

• Creation of script based assignment and approval rules.
• Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script.
• Creation of Glide Record object
• Creation of custom related list.
• Creation of Access Control List with the help of Scripting.
• Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script
