Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements, architect ServiceNow solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and IT standards.
• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, and other modules as needed.
• Develop and maintain a ServiceNow architectural roadmap in alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
• Ensure best practices are followed in the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, integrate external systems, and facilitate workflow customizations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ServiceNow development team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Lead the evaluation of new ServiceNow features and plugins to enhance platform capabilities.
• Manage the ServiceNow upgrade process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and administration guidelines.
• Provide training and support to ServiceNow users and administrators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Application Developer. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.
• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and/or SecOps modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifikationen:

• Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Zertifizierter ServiceNow-Administrator und zertifizierter ServiceNow-Anwendungsentwickler. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist und ServiceNow Certified Master Architect sind sehr wünschenswert.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Architektur, Entwicklung und Verwaltung von ServiceNow.
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Implementierung von ServiceNow ITSM-, ITOM-, ITBM- und/oder SecOps-Modulen.
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von ServiceNow Best Practices, Codierungsstandards und API-Integrationen.
