My client is urgently searching for a Linux Architect with Systems Admin, Network Security, IAC, Operate, set up Firewall, configure, roll out experience to work on a critical hybrid control role in Denmark, Copenhagen.

A successful candidate will have excellent experience in:

Linux Architect/Expert: 10 years + (Hands on experience)

System Administration: install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems & Servers.

Network security: Setting up/maintaining Firewalls, VPNs & other security measures to protect networks

Troubleshooting and problem solving: Diagnosing and solving technical problems quickly/efficiently and performance tuning.

Automation: Using scripts and tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef to automate repetitive tasks.

Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure systems are running efficiently

Backup and recovery: Implementation of backup solutions and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability

Cloud integration: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud to integrate and manage Linux systems in the cloud.

Documentation and Reporting: Preparation of detailed documentation and reports on system changes, configurations and procedures

Architecture: Contributing to the maturation and implementation of new installations and functions.

Configuration Management: Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate setup and maintenance.

Security: Continuous patching and updating of systems to protect against security threats.

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues and performance tuning.

Project Participation: Collaborating with other teams on the design and implementation of new solutions.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for systems and processes.

Build, Operate, Set up Firewalls, Roll out software

This is an English speaking role

The client is offering a hybrid working role where 3 days on site will be required.

The role

Linux Architects/Experts

Must be hands-on profiles - Build and operate - set up Firewall, configure, roll out software, etc. with minimum 10 years of experience (documented) - Can be English speaking profiles.

Job description/responsibilities:

Architecture: Contributing to the maturation and implementation of new installations and functions.

Configuration Management: Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate setup and maintenance.

Security: Continuous patching and updating of systems to protect against security threats.

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues and performance tuning.

Project Participation: Collaborating with other teams on the design and implementation of new solutions.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for systems and processes.

Good collaboration skills: candidate will join an existing agile team
