Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join an innovative and dynamic team based in Zurich. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure cloud technologies. You will play a key role in the development and expansion of a cloud-based infrastructure, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and functionality of the CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure.
• Implement functionality using C#, TypeScript/React, and integrate with other systems via Azure Functions and RESTful services.
• Manage and improve Azure-based infrastructure (Azure Portal, Infrastructure as Code/Bicep) and support CI/CD Pipelines.
• Collaborate on business analysis, refining user stories and testing features for a platform with over 4,500 users.
• Contribute expert insights to architectural and technical decision-making processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong Full Stack Development experience, with proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customizing, Plugins, Form Scripting).
• Expertise in Azure serverless solutions, including Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure Key Vault, and VNETs.
• A proactive, self-driven problem-solver with experience in agile environments.
• Ability to communicate fluently in German (required), with basic English skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with React, Azure Synapse, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Jest.
