Nicholas Bernard is looking for an experienced Data migration LEAD Consultant with previous full cycle Migrations to S/4 Hana to start as soon as possible. The job will be carried out on a hybrid basis with onsite travel to Belgium being required 3 days per week. More flexibility as the project progresses can be discussed at a later point. English language skills are required along with French or Dutch fluency. The remaining key data can be found below.

Skills

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP data migration projects, with SAP object expertise

- Proven track record of leading data migration teams in SAP implementations

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA data structures and ETL tools

- Proficiency in SAP Data Migration Cockpit

- SAP S4 Hana MDM expertise is a strong plus

- SAP S4 Hana functional knowledge in SAP modules, such as SD,MM,LE,EWM,FICO is a strong plus

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Project management/coordination experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders

- Ability and experience in planning a data migration stream, end to end, various mock

- Ability and experience in organizing, leading and executing a data migration plan

- Excellent interpersonal communication (incl. presentation skills), structured/organized and pro-active

- Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, SharePoint, RDM

- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a strong plus

Tasks

- Define and document the overall data migration strategy for all required and planned data mocks, including cutover rehearsal and Go Live cutover

- Drive/Lead the entire data migration stream, end to end, from Legacy to SAP, till cutover completion

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the data migration, ensuring alignment against plan and objectives

- Define and document the scope and objectives for each Mock planned, monitor and report results, ensure successful execution

- Ensure and document exhaustivity of data objects to be migrated

- Organize and plan preparation and execution of the data extractions, transformation, migration, pre and post)validations

- Define, monitor and report against plan all data migration deliverables (cleansing, extractions)

- Ensure that all necessary SAP mapping material and documentation is available (mapping templates)

- Ensure that all necessary SAP data load templates are available and understood by the data owners

- Ensure the mapping rules are documented validated and successfully set-up in the data transformation tool

- Ensure that the validation process(es) are documented, communicated and understood by data validators

- Define and document the data migration strategy for the cutover, create and execute the plan in alignment with the overall Go Live strategy

- Act as cutover manager for the data migration stream

- Organize necessary support when need is identified in one or more steps of the E2E data migration

- Lead, coordinate, guide, give direction to the entire data migration team (business/consultants)

- Monitor and report progress against plan

- Monitor and report issues, follow-up progress till resolution

- Identify potential risks in the data migration process and implement mitigation actions to address them proactively
