Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Brno. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing our processes, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, and contributing to the successful delivery of our innovative energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and comprehensive functional specifications.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to support the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and test cases.
• Apply project management principles to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Desired skills:

• Previous experience in the trading industry, preferably in energy or finance sectors, is a plus.
• Familiarity with trading processes, regulations, and market dynamics is advantageous.
• Experience in the development of Front End applications is highly desirable.
• Work closely with external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
