Masento Group are currently searching for Technical SuccessFactors Consultant with strong experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and payroll processes within SuccessFactors.

The role is for a major Dutch Retail customer who are going through a large scale SAP ECP implementation, eventually rolling out across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical aspects of SuccessFactors SAP ECP implementations.
• Configure and support payroll processes within SuccessFactors.
• Ensure system integration with SAP and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet global payroll requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors with expertise in SAP ECP.
• Experience with global payroll implementations.
• Strong technical background in system configuration and integrations.
• Ability to manage data migrations and troubleshoot issues.
