The Role In this role, you'll be providing expert technical support to integration's teams, handling tasks like BAU, new builds, and project work. You'll also be the point of escalation for customer issues, working closely with local and centralised support teams to ensure deadlines and compliance are met. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication skills are key. Essential Skills: Strong experience with Linux OS (Debian 11, Ubuntu 24.04). Knowledge of Windows Server environments. Expertise in containerisation (Docker). Experience with web Servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx. Desirable Skills: Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms. Familiarity with Octopus Deploy, Bash/PowerShell, and Ansible. Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra). Proven 3rd Line Support experience. Note: A European passport is required for this role due to travel to UK and European sites.
