Required knowledge and skills Bachelor/master degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, applied physics or other equivalent discipline with relevant experience in micro-fabrication prototyping for research or industry, preferably for life-science applications. Skilled with CAD design software. Familiar with a multitude of micro-fabrication manufacturing methods, microfluidic products and existing device solutions. Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and device testing and enjoy working in the lab. Strong analytical skills and can perform data processing using analytical or computational tools.
