Site Reliability Engineering Senior Lead - Permanent - [Sao Paulo, Brazil]

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Senior Lead for a transformative project based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability, aligning technical infrastructure with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Identify and resolve service availability issues.
• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible.
• Collaborate with development teams for reliability-focused features.
• Conduct capacity planning and scaling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT or relevant field.
• 3+ years in leadership, SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with configuration management, Scripting, and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of business processes and ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
