Leading product discovery and research, validating ideas through user research, testing, and prototyping before committing to development. Managing the end-to-end product life cycle, from concept to delivery, including continuous iteration and improvement based on user feedback. Experience with and ensuring compliance with GOV.UK service standards, including performance, accessibility, security, and legal requirements. Managing risks and issues, proactively identifying potential blockers and taking action to mitigate them in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
