Mainframe zSeries SME

Whitehall Resources are looking for a Mainframe zSeries SME. This role is based onsite in London 2 days per week and the remainder remote working, for an initial 4 month contract.

Job Description:
. To analyse the SAMS code base and produce a report of all screens, data inputs and outputs and transformations.
. To provide advice and guidance on the best method to demise the SAMS components (what order etc.)
. SAMS is hosted in a z-series Mainframe and the application is written in Focus.
. A lot of functional analysis is in place so much of this work is validation with a proportion of discovery.
. Much of SAMS is campaign management and we expect these campaigns to translate directly to Pega.
. The output of the exercise will be to add to a full systems analysis of SAMS in order to make demises decisions.
