SAP HCM Consultant with SAP Payroll (PY) experience required on a permanent basis.

Our client is looking for an accomplished SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll to lead and support our HR and Payroll system projects. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules, particularly Payroll, and will leverage this expertise to optimize our clients' HR processes and systems.

Your role:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP HCM and Payroll solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations.
• Customize and configure SAP HCM modules, with a strong emphasis on Payroll (PY), to meet specific client needs.
• Conduct thorough testing, data validation, and system integration activities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM and Payroll systems.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP HCM and Payroll updates and recommend system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR solutions.

What our client is looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Payroll.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), and Personnel Administration (PA).
• Proven expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, including schema and rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• SAP certification in HCM or Payroll is highly desirable.
