Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Salesforce Enterprise Architect for a long-term project in the EU! You'll be central in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Conduct architectural reviews and code reviews to ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Requirements

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, data modelling, and integration patterns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
