Technical Skills:
- Experience with Control-M on Distributed and z/OS Systems - Control M and TWS; L3, L2 support
- Experience on Deployment of BMC Control-M packages from scratch and also upgrading activities
- Sound knowledge on Control-M architecture and supporting tools with Version 7, 8 and V9
- Should be capable of handling installation, upgrading and maintaining Control-M and related applications
- Control-M Agent Installation, Configuration, and Deployment activities
- Troubleshooting of administrative issues in Control-M environment
- Sound knowledge of Control modules/Application plugins (AFT, DB, Java, SAP)
- Experience on Add-Ons of Control-M
Functional Skills:
- As an Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.
- Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
- Responsible for Vendor Management and people management (across onshore-offshore teams).
- Performs day to day operations and work.
- Conduct periodic reviews with teams.
- Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management.
- Participate in business meetings with various stake holders.
- Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
- Drive service improvement programs.
- Ensure adherence to quality/security standards defined for the engagement
- Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.
Work experience: 5 - 8 YEARS
Mandatory Skills: Control-M-L3 System Administration/Control-M-L2 Scheduling on z/OS
Desirable Skills: TWS - OPC, ITIL V3/4 foundation completion, Service Transition
Language Skills: English Language-L2
