My client is looking for an SAP EAM Specialist to join their team on a contract basis in Bern, Switzerland. To be considered for this role candidates must speak fluent German.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a projects team helping to enhance the digital landscape in rolling stock maintenance, transitioning it to the new S/4 and cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of the S/4 program.
• Coordinate closely with the Epic Owner.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and Product Owner (PO) to formulate features in Jira.
• Prepare, implement, and follow up on Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops with the PO.
• Document results and create artefacts (collaboration diagrams, functional specifications, configuration documents) with agile team members.
• Actively support the agile team in requirement creation and analysis for the IT system.
• Develop and implement IT solutions in cooperation with the rolling stock maintenance department.
• Ensure and coordinate integration topics with the integration manager and relevant teams.

Skills:

• Fluent German language skills
• Strong knowledge of SAP Asset Management (PM/EAM).
• Excellent understanding of the SAP architecture landscape.
• Experience in creating functional specifications.
• Proficient in working with interfaces.
• Fluent in German and English (business level).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, and new cloud solutions (such as SAP APM).
• Experience implementing at least one project at SBB, ideally in passenger transport.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong integrative knowledge of SAP modules MM/PM/PP.
• Experience in process modelling with BPMN 2.0.
• Understanding of the SAFe methodology.
