DV Cleared Java Engineer

Location: Manchester (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in the office)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• You should be an experienced Java developer with a solid background in designing and building new applications.
• An excellent grasp of object-oriented design is essential, along with the experience to know when to apply common design patterns.
• A strong knowledge of SOLID principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Experience with test-driven development and related techniques such as mocking and dependency injection is crucial.
• Proficiency in developing within a secure environment is a must.
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, and DevOps tooling is also required.

Requirements:

• Must have DV clearance as a minimum.
• Must be able to commute to Manchester at least three days per week, depending on client requirements.
• Our client is flexible with salary and open to discussions, with roles available from mid-level positions starting at £50k to senior and lead roles reaching up to £90k.
