The Opportunity

What can I expect day to day?
As a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the freedom to do things differently, supported by colleagues and a leadership team with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry.

Your job role will include:

• Running a 360 desk in the Glasgow Infrastructure and Cloud market
• Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates in areas such as IT Support, IT and Cloud Engineering
• Develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans focused on IT Infrastructure and Cloud market in the West Coast of Scotland.
• Facilitate to an advanced level the end-to-end recruitment process for IT Infrastructure and Cloud roles
• Lead by example through exceptional, consistent fee performance, activity, and attitude in the IT Infrastructure and Cloud sector
• Consistently develop market intelligence related to IT Infrastructure and Cloud trends
• Working with the leadership team on initiatives and projects to grow our IT Infrastructure and Cloud recruitment services

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record of billing success within a 360-recruitment position, preferably in IT Infrastructure and Cloud or related fields
• Commercial, innovative, and ambitious approach to technology recruitment
• Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment in the Technology sector
• People focused with a sales-driven mentality and understanding of technology industry needs
• Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks in the IT Infrastructure and Cloud community
• Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career in IT Infrastructure and Cloud recruitment
• Knowledge of the IT Infrastructure and Cloud market would be ideal but not essential
