User Researcher - Remote - £400-£500 per day (OUTSIDE IR35) - CANDIDATES MUST BE WELSH SPEAKING

My client is a global IT consultancy. They are looking for a number of Welsh Speaking Senior User Researchers as well as a Lead User Researcher to join a public sector client of theirs.

The vision is to deliver user research activity through a defined Alpha work package over the four key service areas:

• End to End
• Awareness
• Register & Log-In
• Review & Take Action

The outcomes/milestones include:

• Deliver user research in line with the Alpha phase that identifies pain points and evidence of changing concepts and designs to make it easier for users.
• Achieve GDS approvals for user research at Alpha phase
