Duration: 6 months initially - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Salary: £43,341 - £45,622 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Support the procurement team by conducting spend data analysis, supply market research, and vendor identification for assigned spend categories.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage competitive sourcing processes, including analysing bidder responses and negotiating contracts.
• Deliver sourcing projects with associated savings and benefits, focusing on the highest value and complexity sourcing event types.
• Manage contract obligations, performance metrics, and improvements for a portfolio of suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and the procurement team to ensure effective communication and compliance.
• Coach and support junior members of the Sourcing & Contract Management Hub team.

Requirements:

• IT Buying experience within Contract Management
• Proven experience in running sourcing and contract management processes across various category areas.
• Commercial mindset and acumen to deliver best value from commercial activities.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and practise for the relevant categories.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
