Flint are looking for a IP Design Lead to join one of our clients in the UK on a perm basis.

Salary exp: £neg. depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IP design team to develop and manage a robust IP portfolio.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to identify patentable innovations.
• Oversee the patent life cycle from conception to patent filing and enforcement
• Provide expert guidance on IP matters to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and adjust IP strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of managing IP portfolios and leading design teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
