Global Intranet Manager

£81,000 per annum

London- 2/3 days onsite per week

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Intranet Manager to oversee and provide operational support for a global Law Firm.

You will look after their SharePoint Online-based Intranet and be responsible for managing the Intranet's information architecture, governance, and development of the operating model. This role requires the ability to facilitate a global community of content owners and editors, ensuring quality control of content and design, and creating and enforcing policies and standards for effective and engaging Intranet content that meets business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intranet Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and operational support of the SharePoint Online-based Intranet.
• Information Architecture: Develop and maintain the Intranet's information architecture to ensure optimal organization and accessibility of content.
• Governance: Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for Intranet content and design.
• Content Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of Intranet content through regular audits and feedback.
• Community Facilitation: Lead and support a global community of content owners and editors, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Policy Development: Create and enforce policies and standards for effective and engaging Intranet content.
• Business Alignment: Ensure Intranet content and design meet the evolving needs of the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ideally from a legal or professional services background
• Proven experience managing a SharePoint Online-based Intranet.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and content governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and support a global team of content owners and editors.
