A global pioneer of technology and innovation in the field of defence and security electronics are seeking a Training Instructor who will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for their clients and internal teams.

Key Accountabilities - Training Instructor

+ Developing, planning, and presenting training courses for the range of their equipment, systems and certain third party equipment.

+ Support a culture of continuous improvement.

+ Take a proactive role in the growth and development of the company.

+ Travel in the UK and if overseas when required to carry out training.

+ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products. This may involve accompanying Engineers in the field carrying out service interventions.

Skills and knowledge required - Training Instructor

+ Ideally qualified to A level or higher in an engineering discipline.

+ The successful applicant will be computer literate with a good standard of written English, capable of compiling accurate, detailed and well-presented training documentation.

+ The applicant should have a practical knowledge of computer networking.

+ The applicant should be prepared to work at heights for which training would be given.
