We are looking for a Lead Developer at a young startup company in the middle of beautiful Amsterdam!

What will you be doing?
As a Lead Developer you play a crucial and leading role in the ongoing development of our flagship SaaS tools: unique solutions in the fields of strategic portfolio management and data quality improvement in organizations.

In this role, you will:

• Utilize your excellent knowledge of Python and Django to develop software solutions.
• Participate in continuous development processes, using your skills to refine and innovate our products and processes.
• Propose and implement creative and effective solutions for complex software challenges, demonstrating initiative, creativity, perseverance, and leadership.
• Assess and optimize the security and access of solutions to protect data and operational integrity.

Who are you?
You are an innovative problem solver and communicator who loves complex challenges. You work in a structured manner, have a conceptual overview, and yet a keen eye for detail.

Additionally, you:

• Have 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Hold a BA/BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Are capable of designing and building robust and secure applications.
• Are known for your problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
• Are proactive and can motivate those around you.
• Have excellent communication skills that enable you to effectively inquire about software intentions, collaborate with diverse teams, and clearly articulate technical concepts.
• Are fluent in English, Dutch is a proficiency.
• Are seeking a Full time position and are motivated to grow with an innovative scale-up.
