Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Dynamics 365 functional consultants and developers.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and integrations within the D365 platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using best practices in Dynamics 365 development.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.
• Manage product backlog, development tasks, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Act as the firm-wide subject matter expert for technical know-how.
• Promote and develop Microsoft Dynamics offerings, including Customer Service and Sales Enterprise solutions.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or Technical Lead with hands-on development in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with Azure services, Power Platform, and DevOps practices.
• Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and migrating CRM solutions in a global organization.
• Mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Proven experience with system integration, data migration, and version control systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Proactive attitude towards self-improvement and teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
