Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our payroll processes using SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll operations, SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the entire payroll process using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
• Configuration and Optimization: Configure and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in payroll legislation.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to support business decisions and compliance requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate payroll processes with other business functions.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors Payroll functionalities and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in generating and analysing payroll reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
