Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join well-known financial services client. In this role, you will ensure smooth network operations, resolving issues promptly, and generally keeping the network secure and efficient, ensuring minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing a network infrastructure based on organizational requirements.
• Installing and configuring network hardware, such as Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
• Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot problems related to software, hardware, IT systems, and networks.
• Understand and utilize various network protocols (such as RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Implement security measures to safeguard software, hardware, and data.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security principles.
• Experience with network hardware (Routers, Switches, and Firewalls)
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment.
• Relevant certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
