£30,000 - £40,000 + bonus and benefits

The Company

My client is a nationally recognised UK law firm who are based in Central Birmingham.

The Role

As an IT/Technology Trainer you will be a key member of the IT/Technology Adoption Team, your role will be pivotal in driving the successful integration and adoption of technology solutions across the firm.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that empower users to use technology effectively and enhance productivity.

This is a hybrid role in Central Birmingham (50/50 split).

The Person

• Experience as an IT or Technology Trainer, with proven experience in both classroom and remote training environments.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office suite and applications within Microsoft Office 365, ideally certified.
• Experience of remote training over Microsoft Teams.
• Previous knowledge or experience of Matter Management or Case Management systems would be desirable but is not essential.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is also preferred.
