Workday Change Management Consultant - Permanent

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for the work stream.
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with the customer counterpart, project leadership, and customer organization executives.
  2. Change Management Leadership:

    • Lead change-related activities such as stakeholder identification, change impact analysis, communications planning, training planning, readiness assessment, and adoption measurement.
    • Develop and maintain the change management project plan.
    • Mentor customers on how these activities integrate with functional achievements within the Workday methodology.
  3. Communication and Training Development:

    • Create and deliver communication and training materials to ensure a successful transition to Workday for key end-users.
  4. Internal Contributions:

    • Contribute to the ongoing innovation of the service offering and change management practice by supporting team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
    • Participate in business development activities, including estimating, drafting RFP responses, presenting services to prospective customer leadership, and drafting Statements of Work (SOW) language.
    • Provide change management expertise to ad-hoc internal initiatives as needed.

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Languages: Proficient in French and English.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in Change Management on large transformation programs.
    • 5+ years implementing or supporting HCM ERP products

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to guide customers through strategic conversations and provide tactical, day-to-day support.
  • Excel in delivering a thoughtful, consultative approach to change management, resulting in exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experienced in leading teams through changes in their work and interaction with enterprise technology, with a strong preference for Workday-related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in customer-facing environments.
  • Existing Workday Certification or the ability to achieve certification within the first 90 days of employment.

This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on implementation, focusing on customer engagement and communication. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in change management, consulting, and HCM ERP products, especially Workday, and be comfortable with frequent travel.
