Experience working with and supporting SAAS Applications through third parties would be highly beneficial. First and Second line support and small business change for end users providing access management for joiners, movers and leavers. Supporting 5 key applications as well as further smaller applications on a day to day basis. Application upgrades, patching and resolution of any incidents or outages as and when required. Ensure that all applications adhere to the businesses security policies and that there are policies in place to report on user access and be proactive in managing the user entitlement.
